Terms of Service

Read before ordering!

  • I reserve the right to refuse any commission at my own discretion.

  • Commissioned music can be used for personal use only, meaning non-profit or non-commercial use.

  • The client may ask for the commissioned piece to be private at a +10% fee. If it's the case of a public commission, I reserve the right to post the finished piece to one of my platforms.

  • AI or NFT usage of the product requested is PROHIBITED. You will be blacklisted if you do so.

Ordering process

  • For a commission order, you must fill out the form. Pressing the button down below will redirect you to it.

  • You must state in the form if extra files are requested. The base files given to the commissioner will be low quality .mp3 files for Works in progress, and a high quality render .wav file for the finished product.

  • Once the first payment is done, I will begin working on your commission.

  • I will be letting you know when progress is made throughout the process by linking to a Work in Progress piece to you that you will review and agree whether or not it is what you want. You have up to 3 changes per piece.

  • Once the commission is finished, the second half of the payment will be requested.

In the occasion that a payment cannot be done on the due date, or a refund is sought after changes have been made to the commissioned piece, you will be blacklisted for future reference.

Pricing

Payment process:

  1. Payment process is done through PayPal or Ko-fi. If through PayPal, an invoice will be sent to your e-mail. If through Ko-fi, a commission slot will be opened for you.

  2. 50% is requested at the beginning of the process, and the other 50% at the end of it.

  3. After the first payment is done, I will begin working on your commission. This may take an estimate of 2 weeks up to a month or 2, depending on my availability.

For original works:

  • Pricing varies: ~$100 USD/min depending on the type of track. (e.g. a fast paced track might not have the same depth as a slow paced song)

For arrangements and covers ("in the style of", chiptune):

  • Pricing varies: ~$60 USD/min, meaning 1 second = 1 USD. The total price is based on the original song's runtime.

  • An extension of said arrangement may increase the total amount to be paid (e.g. an extra section added to the arrangement)

  • If the style requested is a style I've worked on before, you may be eligible for up to a 10% discount.

For MIDI Transcriptions:

  • The base price is ~$30 USD/min, depending on the song's difficulty to transcribe.

DISCLAIMER:

Currently, "ZUN-Style" or "Touhou Style" commissions are DOUBLE the base price, and are not elegible for any discounts. This is in line with the Touhou series recurring to use AI on the latest games, which is not something I am willing to support.
